PMDD knocks your confidence for the long haul – here’s something to help…
For half of every month (that adds up to 6 whole months of every year) PMDD meticulously convinces you that you are useless, nasty, unlovable, worthless & that the world is better off without you
You then spend the other half of the month trying to pick yourself up from how far down it has knocked you
Trying to pick up the pieces of the carnage left behind,
Trying to repair relationships with others & hardest of all – trying to repair your relationship with yourself
It’s an exhausting cycle & one I’m so glad I can see clearly now
Now I realise I was not just being the massive failure at personal development that I thought I was!
Once you can recognise your own patterns, you can learn to gift yourself with compassion & understanding during the difficult times. Then during your golden weeks you can reinforce your lovableness, your worthiness & your right to be here.
You can celebrate your necessity in this life & get programming those more helpful beliefs (& true facts) into your mind
Do this while you feel at your strongest – get those beliefs written & posted all over your home where you can see them, read them & say them out loud daily
Repeat … WITH FEELING!
Knowing deep in your heart that THIS is your truth & the rest is only what PMDD has convinced you so well over the years
This is a process – it has taken years to drag you down, but you have the power to lift yourself back up
