Katy is a mind body coach who – due to her own (in)fertility journey spanning over a decade – now specialises in supporting women who are struggling with fertility & infertility to find peace of mind & enhance their chances of success

As well as bringing empathy, compassion and an open hearted acceptance to her work, she uses tools from the traditions of yoga, hypnotherapy & energy coaching, along with her own first hand experience of riding the roller coaster of the extreme emotional ups and downs that women can suffer every month.

In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, so when not on her yoga mat she can usually be found walking up a hill, relaxing by a body of water or enjoying the company of a tree 🌳😂
