In fact we even have IVF specific practices that take into account the different phases you might be going through such as ovarian stimulation or the two week wait, which can help to support the process & help you feel in control in the face of the uncontrollable
Can I do Fertility Yoga when I’m not actively Trying To Conceive? Absolutely, yoga for fertility is designed around the monthly cycle and each phase can be synced to whichever part of your cycle you are in. It is relaxing & harmless & has multiple benefits whether you are actively trying for a baby at the moment or not. It can help ease period pains & pre-menstrual symptoms.
Can I do fertility yoga if I don’t have a natural cycle? Yes, even if you do not have a menstrual cycle you can sync your practice to the phases of the moon, to your surrogates cycle, or if you are going to be using a donor, you could sync your practice to the cycle of the donor to help your body prepare for transfer & to cope with any synthetic hormones you may be taking.
Can I do fertility yoga at home? Yes you can. In fact you may feel more comfortable practicing in your own home, particularly if you want to keep your journey private.
Will I need equipment to practice fertility yoga at home? There are some props recommended to enhance your practice, but do not worry if you don’t have any of them. There will always be some alternatives lying around your home.
